The Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (the HKSAR Government) is committed to promoting the development of Chinese Medicine (CM) locally and globally. Following the service commencement of the CM flagship project - The Chinese Medicine Hospital of Hong Kong (CMHHK), on 11 December 2025, the Health Bureau of the HKSAR Government will organise the “Hong Kong Global Summit on Chinese Medicine and Integrative Medicine” (the Summit), with CMHHK being the implementing agent, on 4 and 5 July 2026 at CMHHK under the theme of “Holistic Care, Inspiring Teaching, Innovative Research”, gathering global professionals, experts and academics in the field.

Visits to The Chinese Medicine Hospital of Hong Kong and the Government Chinese Medicines Testing Institute will be arranged during lunch breaks. To manage crowd flow, the visits will be conducted in multiple sessions. Participants should approach the designated assembly points on their own. Detailed arrangements will be announced on the noticeboards inside the venue.

Terms and Conditions

  1. The final decision regarding the granting of CME/CPD points rests with the implementing agent and the relevant registration units, and will be based on the attendance records kept by the implementing agent.
  2. Attendance is limited to registered participants only. Participants must attend the full day programme in order to be eligible for the points of that day.
  3. Once registration is confirmed, the eligibility to attend is non-transferable. If any unauthorised transfer is discovered, the implementing agent and the relevant registration units reserve the right to cancel the CME/CPD points awarded.
  4. The implementing agent will only issue electronic certificates of the Summit. Printing services will not be provided.
  5. By registering, participants consent to being photographed or filmed by the organiser and the implementing agent, and authorise them to edit and use the photographed or filmed materials for promotional purposes.
  6. The implementing agent reserves the right to reject any registration.
  7. The organiser and implementing agent reserve the right to change or cancel the Summit arrangements if necessary, including but not limited to the programme, speaker, venue, date and time of the Summit.
  8. In the event of any unforeseen circumstances that affect the hosting or detailed arrangements of the Summit, the implementing agent will provide notice as early as possible. The arrangements under adverse weather or ‘extreme conditions’ are as follows:
    (1) 4 July 2026 – If a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above (or its advance notice), a Black Rainstorm Warning Signal, or “extreme conditions” (collectively referred to as “Adverse Weather Signals” below) is issued or remains in force at or after 6:00 AM, all programmes originally scheduled to take place at or before 2:10 PM (or the time specified in the latest agenda) will be cancelled. If any Adverse Weather Signal is issued or remains in force at or after 11:00 AM, all programmes scheduled at or after 2:10 PM (or the time specified in the latest agenda) will be cancelled.
    (2) 5 July 2026 – If any Adverse Weather Signal is issued or remains in force at or after 6:00 AM, all programme originally scheduled to take place at or before 1:40 PM (or the time specified in the latest agenda) will be cancelled. If any Adverse Weather Signal is issued or remains in force at or after 11:00 AM, all programme scheduled at or after 1:40 PM (or the time specified in the latest agenda) will be cancelled.
  9. The organiser and the implementing agent reserve the right to amend the above Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version published on The Chinese Medicine Hospital of Hong Kong website shall prevail.

  7. 主辦單位及承辦機構保留在有需要的情況下變更或取消會議安排的權利，包括但不限於會議流程、講者、地點、日期及時間。
  8. 如出現任何突發情況而影響會議的舉行及細節安排，承辦機構將儘早作出通知。有關惡劣天氣或「極端情況」下的安排如下：
    (一)　2026年7月4日－如八號或更高颱風信號或預警 / 黑色暴雨警告信號 /「極端情況」（下統稱惡劣天氣信號）於上午6時或之後發出或仍然懸掛，原定於下午2時10分或之前（或按最新流程所訂之時間）舉行的會議活動將會取消；如惡劣天氣信號於上午11時或之後發出或仍然懸掛，於下午2時10分或之後（或按最新流程所訂之時間）舉行的會議活動將會取消。
    (二)　2026年7月5日－如惡劣天氣信號於上午6時或之後發出或仍然懸掛，原定於下午1時40分或之前（或按最新流程所訂之時間）舉行的會議活動將會取消；如惡劣天氣信號於上午11時或之後發出或仍然懸掛，於下午1時40分或之後（或按最新流程所訂之時間）舉行的會議活動將會取消。
  9. 主辦單位及承辦機構保留修訂以上「條款及細則」的權利。以上「條款及細則」內容均以香港中醫醫院網頁公佈之最後版本為依歸。
